YOGURT (MAKES 2 QUARTS) 3 c. instant powdered milk 1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatin 1 Tbsp. honey 1 large can evaporated milk 1 carton plain yogurt water fruit to flavor Soften the gelatin, then add boiling water to make 1 cup. Add 1 tablespoon honey and let mixture cool. Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Mix powdered milk with 3 cups of water. Add evaporated milk and the gelatin mixture. Add the yogurt and stir thoroughly. Cover the bowl. Put in the oven and turn oven off. Leave it overnight or 8 to 10 hours. Note: Metal kills yogurt bacteria. Use wooden spoons and glass casserole dish with cover.
