PEACH AND CANTALOUPE CONSERVE 1 1/2 c. chopped, peeled peaches 1 1/2 c. chopped cantaloupe pulp 2 1/2 c. sugar 1 lemon, juice and grated rind 1/2 c. chopped walnuts Mix peaches, cantaloupe and sugar and add to juice and rind of lemon. Cook slowly until mixture thickens and is clear. Add nutmeats and seal. Yields 1 1/2 pints.
