PRUNE MARMALADE 1 lb. prunes 3/4 lb. raisins 1 sliced orange 1 3/4 lb. sugar 3/4 lb. English walnut meats Wash, then soak prunes in enough water to cover, over- night. Remove pits and save water they were soaked in. Add to prunes and water the raisins, seeded, sliced oranges and sugar. Bring slowly to boil and cook until thick. Remove from the fire and add the walnut meats chopped fine. Turn into jars and seal.
