RHUBARB WINE

5 lb. rhubarb, cut in small
pieces
1 sliced lemon
1 lb. seeded raisins
1 gal. boiling water

Mix all ingredients; let stand 5 days, then add 4 pounds
granulated sugar and let stand 5 more days. Strain through
cheesecloth and bottle. Let stand in earthen jar. Place use
no aluminum.
