BAR-B-Q'D BEEF 'N PORK

2 lb. cubed beef
2 lb. cubed pork
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped celery
5 Tbsp. La Choy brown gravy
sauce
1 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
salt and pepper to taste

Combine La Choy brown gravy sauce, tomato sauce, water,
salt and pepper. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a
roaster. Pour the liquid mixture over meat, celery and onions.
Cook in covered roaster for four hours at 300 degrees. Shred meat and
serve on hard rolls. Serves six to eight.
