MA'S STUFFING

2 lb. hamburger
1 large onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
6 to 7 large potatoes
1 tsp. Bell's seasonings
salt
pepper
2 Tbsp. margarine

Mix hamburger, celery and onion in 5 quart saucepan.
Put only enough water to cover hamburger (no more). Cook until
done, stirring occasionally. Cook potatoes; mash and add to
hamburger mixture. Add seasonings, salt and pepper. If too
juicy, add cracker crumbs until desired thickness is reached.
Dot with margarine. Spoon into casserole dish or turkey. Bake
at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
