MUSHROOMS AND SCRAMBLED EGGS 1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced thin 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine 6 eggs, beaten slightly 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. black pepper 1/4 c. milk Saute mushrooms and onions in butter or margarine. Combine eggs, salt, pepper and milk. Pour over mushrooms. Stir and cook over low heat until eggs are of soft-firm consis- tency. Serve with toast or hot biscuits. Great for brunch.
