FANTASTIC PORK FAJITAS

1 lb. lean boneless pork
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. oregano, crushed
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 medium onion, peeled and
sliced
1 green pepper, seeded and
sliced
4 flour tortillas

Slice pork across grain in 1/8-inch strips. Mix togeth-
er garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, orange juice, vinegar and
Tabasco sauce. Marinate pork 10 minutes. Heat oil in heavy
skillet. Stir-fry pork strips, onion and green pepper until
pork is no longer pink, about 3 to 5 minutes. Serve with
tortillas. Accompany with sliced green onion, shredded lettuce
and salsa if desired.
Good just rolled up in tortilla.
