WINTER PINE-COT MARMALADE 1 large can crushed pineapple, undrained 1 (11 oz.) pkg. dried apricots 3 c. sugar Put half of pineapple, juice and apricots into blender on chop until apricots are chopped fine. Pour into a 3 quart saucepan. Repeat with remaining pineapple and apricots. Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add sugar and continue to boil, stirring constantly until thick (about 7 minutes). Pour into sterilized jars and seal. Yields 2 pints.
