PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY FRENCH TOAST

3/4 c. peanut butter
6 Tbsp. jelly
12 slices firm bread
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. margarine

Spread peanut butter and jelly on 6 bread slices and top
with remaining slices to form sandwiches. Mix together eggs,
milk and salt. Melt enough margarine in skillet over medium
heat to cover bottom. Dip sandwiches in egg mixture, coating
well. Fry, turning to brown on both sides. Makes 6 servings.
