IRISH RAISIN BREAD 4 c. flour 4 Tbsp. sugar 4 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. salt 2 eggs 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream 1/3 to 1/2 c. milk Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt and add 3 tablespoons caraway seed. Lightly beat remaining ingredients together then add to dry ingredients and then add 1 cup raisins and 1 cup of currants. Mix well. Make soft. Put in well greased tube or Bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
