IRISH COFFEE CAKE 4 oz. butter 4 oz. granulated sugar 2 eggs 6 oz. flour 1 pt. coffee 1/2 oz. gelatin, dissolved 1 Tbsp. brown sugar 1 jigger Irish whiskey 1 pt. whipped cream chopped walnuts Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add beaten eggs and mix. Add flour. Pour into 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Turn onto wire and cool. Make coffee; add gela- tin, brown sugar and whiskey and pour evenly over cake. Allow to chill and spread with whipped cream. Decorate with nuts.
