EGGNOG (Ingredients for 6 Servings) 4 eggs, separated 1 c. heavy cream 1/4 c. sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 1 c. milk 1/2 c. dark rum 1/2 tsp. vanilla grated nutmeg for garnish In large bowl with electric mixer beat egg yolks, cream and sugar until light and thick. In a clean bowl with clean beaters, beat egg whites and salt until soft peaks form; set aside. Stir milk, rum and vanilla into yolk mixture. Stir in whites. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
