CAJUN PO-BOYS

1 (5 lb.) boneless chuck or
rump roast
2 medium onions
1 c. barbecue sauce
1 bag crab boil
Tony's seasoning or salt and
pepper

Cut uncooked roast into 3-inch cubes. Cover meat with
water, onions and sack of crab boil (do not open sack) and
simmer for 4 to 5 hours. Shred meat with forks removing any
fat or gristle. Pour off stock and discard bag. Add barbecue
sauce to taste. Serve on Po-Boy buns.
