PIMENTO CHEESE 2 white onions 1 garlic toe 2 1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese 1 (4 oz.) jar pimento 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise juice of 1 lemon 1 tsp. salt dash of red pepper dash of Tabasco 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce In meat grinder grind onions, garlic, cheese and pimento into mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise and seasonings. Mix thor- oughly and refrigerate. Better if it sits in refrigerator a while.
