GRANOLA

6 c. old fashioned rolled oats
(not quick cooking)
1 c. coconut
1 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
3/4 c. nuts
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. honey
1/3 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine all dry ingredients except raisins in a large
bowl. In a small bowl thoroughly mix wet ingredients. Pour
wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir to coat evenly.
Spread mixture on a large cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to
25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Add raisins after
cooking. Store in an airtight container.
