BREAKFAST CREPES 1 c. flour 1 Tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 1/3 c. milk 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 Tbsp. melted margarine While melting margarine beat all ingredients with mixer until smooth. Add margarine while continuing to beat mixture. For each crepe, pour scant 1/4 cup of batter into lightly buttered skillet. Quickly rotate pan until batter covers bottom. Cook until bottom is light brown, loosen edges with flexible spatula. Turn and brown other side. Makes approxi- mately 10. Note: Heat setting should be medium but varies with skillet and stove.
