TOMATO JUICE 30 tomatoes 2 onions 1 green pepper tops and leaves from 1 bunch celery 1 tsp. salt sugar to taste Wash and cut 30 tomatoes into a kettle. Add onions which have been washed and cut, also the green pepper washed and cut. Add celery tops and leaves, salt and sugar. Let simmer until soft, then strain, heat to boiling point. Place in hot sterile jars and seal them.
