STRAWBERRY JAM

4 1/2 c. or 2 1/2 lb. berries
1 box Sure-Jell
7 c. or 3 lb. sugar

Use fresh or frozen berries. Crush fully ripe berries
(thaw if frozen). Use fairly large cooking pan. Measure fruit
into pan with Sure-Jell. Place over high heat; stir until
mixture comes to hard boil. At once, add sugar; bring to full
rolling boil that can't be stirred down. Cook 1 minute and put
in jars.
