HOT DOG CHILI

3 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. black pepper
2 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
3 Tbsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. catsup

Break up ground beef as small as possible in a saucepan.
Cover with water and cook on medium heat until beef is brown.
Then add all remaining ingredients, except catsup. Simmer 30
to 40 minutes. Add catsup and heat 5 to 10 minutes. May
freeze in small portions.
