MINI PIZZABURGERS

2 cans flaky Pillsbury Hungry
Jack biscuits
18 oz. tomato sauce
16 oz. tomato paste
1 lb. sausage
1 c. onion (optional)
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic salt

Fry and drain sausage. Add everything except biscuits.
Divide each biscuit into 3 layers. Lay on cookie sheet. Spoon
about 1 tablespoon sauce onto each crust. After pan is full,
cover with a layer of foil. Put more pizzas on top of foil.
Layer foil so all pizzas are on one pan. These freeze very
well and each layer can be baked as needed. Kids enjoy making
and eating these! Bake at 425 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 60
pizzas.
