BAKED HAM AND CHEESE CROISSANTS 1/4 c. butter, softened 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard 2 Tbsp. diced onion (optional) 1 1/2 tsp. poppy seed 8 croissants, halved 8 slices baked ham 8 slices Swiss cheese Combine butter, mayonnaise, mustard, onion and poppy seed, mixing well. Spread mixture over both halves of each croissant. Place one slice of ham and Swiss cheese on bottom half of each croissant. Cover with top half and place on large baking sheet. Cover entire sheet with foil, sealing tightly. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until sandwich is hot and cheese is melted. Makes 8 sandwiches.
