RHUBARB JUICE 4 lb. rhubarb 4 qt. water 2 to 3 c. sugar 1 c. pineapple juice 1 (6 oz.) can orange juice concentrate Boil rhubarb and water until rhubarb is soft. Strain. Add sugar, pineapple juice and orange juice concentrate. Boil 5 minutes. Pour into sterilized jars and seal. Use for breakfast drink or add 7-Up for punch.
