HOMEMADE IRISH CREAM LIQUEUR

3/4 or 1 c. favorite liquor
(rum, brandy, bourbon,
Scotch, rye or Irish
whiskey)
4 eggs
2 tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand
sweetened condensed milk
1 c. light cream
2 Tbsp. chocolate flavored
syrup
1/2 tsp. almond extract

In blender container, combine all ingredients; blend
until smooth. Serve over ice if desired. Store tightly
covered in refrigerator for up to 1 month. Stir before serv-
ing. Makes about 5 cups.
