CROCK-POT COOKING

My first real experience in cooking was done in a
crock-pot and I have been using it occasionally ever since.
The crock-pot is an electric slow cooker which you leave on
while you are out for the day and is relatively safe. When you
return home, the main part of the meal is done. When you open
the door, you get the aroma of your own home cooked dinner. I
have cooked pot roast, pork chops and sauerkraut, chicken soup,
sausage and peppers and corned beef and cabbage in this way.
They were all quick and easy to prepare.
