PHYLLO DOUGH BAKING It is easy to serve a special meal with the use of phyllo dough. For an entree or an appetizer, mix in a bowl thinly sliced beef, chicken chunks, lobster, shrimp, scallops or veggie of your choice in any combination. Make a cream, sherry, white wine or cheese sauce and combine with food. Prepare phyllo dough in the following manner: Put down a clean moist towel. Lay each layer of dough down. With a pastry brush cover each layer of dough with drawn butter, 4 to 6 layers should be enough. If you are using if it for an appe- tizer, cut dough in half. Fold in prepared food combination and bake until golden brown.
