FROZEN EGGS

1 doz. fresh eggs
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk

Raw eggs cannot be frozen. However, there is an excep-
tion. You can freeze eggs that have been beaten together with
milk and prepared for scrambling. They regain their usual
appetizing appearance when thawed. Beat eggs and milk together
without seasoning. Place contents in a one quart milk contain-
er with top cut off and freeze. When frozen, slice through
container and cut into eight portions. Wrap each portion
separately and return to freezer for future use.
