CHEESE GRITS CASSEROLE 1 c. grits, uncooked 1/2 c. butter or margarine 1/4 c. milk 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated M.S.G to taste salt and pepper to taste Cook grits according to package instructions. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake in a quart casserole at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Good with breakfast or served with chicken or fried fish. Serves 6 to 8.
