IRISH COFFEE 1 oz. Jameson Irish whiskey 1 tsp. brown sugar 1 c. strong coffee heavy cream Warm a 6 ounce Pyrex type glass by pouring very hot water into it. Empty the glass and add the sugar and whiskey. Fill the glass with coffee within 1/2 inch of the rim. Whip the cream to a pourable consistency. Stir the coffee. When the coffee stops spinning, pour whipped cream on top. Sip the hot coffee through the cream. Do not spoon stir.
