GREEN TOMATO JAM 5 lb. green tomatoes or 11 c. chopped 4 lb. sugar or 7 c. 1 (6 oz.) box raspberry Jell-O 1 (3 oz.) box lemon Jell-O Cook tomatoes 5 minutes. After it starts to boil, add sugar. Let set 3 hours; drain and boil syrup until it spins thread when dropped from spoon. Add tomatoes, boil briskly until it starts to thicken. Cover about 6 minutes, then add both packages of Jell-O. Put in jars and seal.
