BACHELOR'S BRUNCH 6 eggs, slightly beaten 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese (extra sharp) 6 slices bread, cubed 2 c. milk 1 lb. sausage 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard pepper to taste Cube bread slices; brown sausage and pour off grease. In a casserole dish put layer of bread, layer of sausage and layer of cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Slightly beat eggs and pour milk into eggs. Add salt, dry mustard and pepper. Mix together. Pour liquid over layers. Cover for 12 hours in refrigerator. Cook for 1 hour covered at 350 degrees.
