KAHLUA 2 oz. instant coffee 3 c. sugar 1 vanilla bean fifth vodka 1 empty half gallon jar 2 c. water Boil water and remove from fire. Mix coffee and sugar into water. While coffee mixture is cooling, put vodka and vanilla bean in jar. When mixture is cool, add to vodka and vanilla bean in the jar. Seal and mix well. Let stand for two weeks, mixing every few days. At the end of the two weeks, remove vanilla bean and serve.
