MINIATURE CHEESEBURGER PIES

6 small bakery rolls
1 1/2 lb. chopped meat
1 c. diced Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. mushrooms, fried
peppers
onions
barbecue sauce

Hollow out the 6 rolls, keeping the tops as little caps.
Then fry the chopped meat, adding generous amounts of peppers
and onions along with the barbecue sauce. Fry the mushrooms
separately. Then stuff the rolls topping them with the mush-
rooms and cheese. "Cap" them before placing them into an oven
set at 325 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Allow them to cool for
several minutes, then enjoy!
Note: To make the pies Italian-style substitute
Mozzarella cheese and Ragu sauce instead of barbecue!
