HOT CHEESE LOAF 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese 2 Tbsp. dry sherry 2 Tbsp. butter 1 tsp. minced onion 1 tsp. water 1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard 1 egg, beaten 1 (12 to 15-inch) French bread, halved lengthwise chili powder 2 small tomatoes, diced Mix cheese, sherry, butter and onions in water to reconstitute. Stir in mustard and eggs. Spread on bread. Place on baking sheet. Sprinkle with chili powder. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with diced tomatoes.
