HOT CIDER 6 c. cider or apple juice 1 medium orange 1 stick cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 c. honey 3 Tbsp. lemon juice 2 1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice 1 tsp. lemon rind cloves for orange Stud orange with cloves. Place in shallow pan of water in oven. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Heat cider and cinnamon to boil, then simmer, covered, for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Float the orange in the cider when serving. Keep on low heat while serving.
