BAR-B-QUE HAMBURGER 1 lb. hamburger 1 small onion, chopped 1/2 c. celery, diced 1/2 c. carrots, diced 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 2 Tbsp. vinegar 1 c. catsup 1 tsp. mustard 1/2 c. water Brown meat, celery and onion. Drain grease. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Stir occa- sionally to keep it from sticking to bottom of pan. Serve on buns.
