RED, GREEN AND WHITE SALAD Bottom Layer: 1 pkg. lime jello 1 c. hot water 1 c. cold water Middle Layer: 1 pkg. lemon jello 1 c. hot water 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) creamed cheese, softened 1 c. crushed pineapple (don't drain it) 1 c. whipped cream (whipped) Top Layer: 1 pkg. strawberry jello 1 c. hot water 1 c. cold water Mix bottom layer ingredients and pour into 11 x 7-inch oblong pan. Let set. In bowl, dissolve lemon jello in hot water. Chill until partially set up, then whip. Add creamed cheese, pineapple and whipped cream. Pour this over the lime jello and let set until firm. In bowl, dissolve strawberry jello in hot water. Add cold water. Let cool until thick, then pour over other mixtures and let set. Keep refrigerated.
