SPINACH SALAD 3 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar 3 Tbsp. catsup 3 tsp. garlic powder 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp. A.1 steak sauce 1 tsp. sugar 3/4 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 c. safflower oil 3 to 4 bunches spinach 1/3 c. fresh Parmesan cheese, grated 3 hard-boiled eggs 3/4 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled Combine wine vinegar, catsup, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, steak sauce, sugar, paprika, dry mustard and pepper and mix in blender. Add oil slowly. Wash spinach leaves thoroughly. Tear spinach leaves into salad bowl. Put grated cheese and egg on top. Before serving, put bacon in and toss. Put in dressing, as desired and toss.
