LIME SALAD Cut this light and delicate salad into squares and serve on crisp greens. 2 pkg. lime gelatin 3 c. boiling water 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. diced celery 3/4 c. diced green pepper 1 Tbsp. grated onion 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1/2 c. finely diced walnuts Dissolve gelatin in water, add cheese and beat with electric mixer until melted and smooth. Add mayonnaise and salt. Chill until mixture partially thickens. Fold in remain- ing ingredients. Turn mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Chill for several hours or overnight. Cut into squares.
